WINE CONDITIONER 500ml  Sweetener with stabilizer, add to taste, use 1-4 oz per gallon. Add before bottling. What we do is transfer the wine to be bottled into a sanitized fermenter or bottling bucket add a small amount of wine conditioner, stir really well and taste. Continue to add wine conditioner until sweetness is where you want it. $3.95 s/w 2 lbs.

Coopers Wine Kits product of Australia (100% Australian Juice!) These Australian wine kits are made from 100% pure Australian grape concentrate from the famous South Australian wine region renowned for producing many of Australia's greatest wines. We were very fortunate to make the Chardonnay kit in April of this year and the end result was a incredible wine. We ran a comparison test to the Vintners Reserve Chardonnay and the Coopers won hands down. We must constantly remind ourselves of you get what you pay for. The Vintners Reserve Chardonnay is an excellent value, at a cost of about $2.25 a fifth. The Coopers Chardonnay comes in at about $1.25 more a fifth.

Chardonnay (White) pale straw colour with subtle golden hues. The wine produced will highlight flavors of ripe peach, melon and nectarine. A dry crisp flavor will be experienced with the soft fruit characteristics of a true Australian Chardonnay. We were very fortunate to be able to make this wine in April. We only have a bottle left. Caution it will be very drinkable in 6 weeks and will not last very long. We suggest making two batches one for drinking immediately the other to be aged and savored over the years. 

Shiraz (Red) deep red in colour with purple hues, a bouquet of sweet plums and cherries with overtones of spice and black pepper. You will be treated to full bodied fresh berried fruit flavors.  $88.50 a yield of 25-28 fifths, about 5&1/2 gallons wine s/w 25 lbs.

Vintners Reserve Wine Kits produce a superior wine of the highest quality in only 28 days. 100% pure varietal juice complete with all the necessary ingredients needed to make the particular variety. Using "state of the art" aseptic, nitrogen purged packaging methods, the varieties are balanced and blended with invert sugar and require no adjusting. CHAMBLAISE (CHABLIS Style) Blended from quality Chenin Blanc and Colombard grapes, this juice produces a crisp, semi-dry wine, with a clean , refreshing aftertaste. Will not require extended aging; this wine may be enjoyed soon after bottling $42.75 s/w 25 lbs.

LIEBFRAUMILCH  This blend epitomizes the classic white wine style that Germany is renowned for. Amazingly true to style with a agreeable sweet finish. $45.75 s/w 25 lbs.
