To figure your Shipping & Handling Charge…
Dear Customer:
To eliminate many problems, plus the C.O.D. charges to you, we are no longer going to ship orders C.O.D. Instead, we have derived a simple weight and cost chart to show you your shipping and handling costs for both UPS and Parcel Post.
1. Find the weight of the items you are ordering on the price list. List the weights and total them in the space provided on the order form. Find the correct column for the state you live in and match your total weight to the price shown. Fill in this shipping amount on the order form.
2. We will figure MasterCard, VISA and Discover Card order charges and add them to your charge slip, as we currently do.
3. All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, U.S. Possessions and Canada must be sent Parcel Post. All others will be sent United Parcel (UPS) unless you request otherwise. If weight is over 45 pounds, add on additional pound rate from chart.

Insurance Rates: All orders over $100.00- add .35 for each $100.00 increment or fraction thereof.
