Equipment and Supplies needed

·         Primary fermenter w/minimum 6.5 gal. 

·         Secondary fermenter, 5 or 6 gal. Carboy, depending on batch size.

·         Fermentation locks and stopper.

·         Siphon/racking equipment

·         Hydrometer and testing jar

·         Bottles, corks and corking device I have also used a bottle capper and put into amber beer bottles.

·         Other useful items include cleaning brushes, funnels, plastic spoon or paddle and thermometer.
