The ultimate fail-safe method of crafting world class beer in your home. These are not just ordinary beers but extraordinary beers including crisp, dry LIGHT beer to smooth golden ALES. How do you save by buying a NEXT STEP BRU-PAK ? Dave has brewed these recipes, done the experimenting and eliminated the guess work. A BRU-PAK grain base might use 1/8 to a 1/2 pound of 4 or 5 different grains. the smallest quantity of grains we sell is one pound for $1.50. No grains sitting around being wasted.
We encourage you to experiment, but if you don't have the time consider NEXT STEP BRU-PAK system. If you read and follow the directions you will make great beer!
