Our Mission

Adoption By Choice is a private, Christian, non-profit agency licensed by the state of Pennsylvania serving children, birth families and adopting couples.  Our purpose is to be a quality social service agency by providing superior services to protect and enrich the lives of children and families.  We will treat all potential adoptive families with prompt, courteous, compassionate care that characterizes God’s care for us.  

Adoption By Choice has contacts to facilitate various types of adoptions.  These children may be older; minorities; members of sibling groups; living with physical, mental or emotional disabilities; or infants who may be at risk of disabilities due to various factors.  Adoption By Choice has also helped facilitate many international adoptions as well.  

Adoption By Choice works side by side with the Women’s Care Center of Erie County.  ABC was founded for the purpose of designing adoptions to meet the needs of women considering adoption.
